LGBTQ Legal Issues

Join the End Abuse legal team for a training on the legal challenges LGBTQ survivors are experiencing. We will provide historical background by walking through landmark LGBTQ civil rights cases and then move into current legal issues. We will discuss the onslaught of anti-LGBTQ legislation, a current case deciding trans rights being heard by the Supreme Court this session, and the impact these laws and cases have on survivors.
