Have you ever longed to be part of a community of advocates who are engaged in learning about social justice, activism, and anti-oppression while also staying committed to self-care? With this issue of the Coalition Chronicles, we invite you to be part of creating that community! Every few years, End Domestic Abuse WI gathers some “staff picks” that focus directly or indirectly on our work to end gender violence. This issue includes our selection of books, podcasts, movies, or videos that we think our advocacy community might enjoy. Each selection says a bit about why the individual chose to highlight it for this issue. In our staff picks, we hope you will find inspiration, restoration, and a few things that spark your personal fire to continue to do the work of ending gender violence. We also hope that you will be inspired to share one of your favorites with the community! Enjoy the read.
